Job description:
Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone.
Coordinate with the client and the team.
Monitor the servers.
Obtain client feedback.
Answer marketing, pre-sales and sales calls.
Forward reboot request to NOC on demand.
Attend all incoming calls to the company.
Library Management.
Salary Package: The CTC will be Rs.1.26L/annum and Gross salary Rs.78000/annum + Free food and accommodation and Medical insurance worth Rs.50000 for self and 2 dependents.
